Job description

Develop and mentor a team of professional SFI and GI

• Ensuring that the quality and standard of training given by the training staff complies with specific requirements of CAAP
• Assist the HOT in overall management, direction & long term planning for the major programs assigned including the day to day technical and operation aspects.
• Develop and implement standardization across the programs assigned.
• Assist in ensuring that there is an adequate number of suitably qualified training staff available to undertake the required training tasks.
• Ensuring that the highest standard of discipline within the ATO is maintained.
• Ensuring the Instructor team has the qualifications and resources necessary to deliver cost-effective, high quality, state-of-the-art instruction.
• Maintain pro-active coordination and communication with the whole team.
• Seek to maintain a high level of standardization and ensure full compliance with customer and regulatory requirements in cooperation with the GM, SFI and GI.
• Assist the maintenance and development of training curricula and courseware.
• Deliver instruction on Type-specific and non-technical courses as agreed from time to time with the HOT and General Manager.
• Drives to Implement Company policies and procedures and setting of business goals to support performance management.
• Helps to ensuring that the highest standards of safety are maintained throughout the ATO.
• Constantly engage our partners/clients.
• Update the Regional Office and GM on the current state and Operation of the center
• Maybe ask to do line flying and conduct session as agreed with clients.
• Other duties may be assigned

  1. Hold or have held an ICAO recognized ATPL
  2. Must have served as PIC (Captain) on commercial jet
  3. Management Experience
  4. TRE/TRI/SFI/SFE experience
  5. Airline experience
  6. Must be able to work in cross culture environment.
