Due to a drive for greater success, this advanced manufacturing business is currently searching for an Airworthiness Engineer to add to their talented, hardworking team in Warton on a 6-month contract. Striving for innovation and creativity you can ensure no two days will be the same. This role will be offering ?48.00 per hour.

The Role

Within the role of Airworthiness Engineer, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing independent safety assurance of the typhoon aircraft including its constituent systems and equipment.

* The assessment of safety documentation throughout the engineering lifecycle.

* Gaining a good understanding of the way in which the aircraft, its systems and equipment operate and are operated to allow the assurance of product safety.


To succeed within the role of Airworthiness Engineer, you'll have experience in a similar position, and you'll ideally have the following skills:

* Knowledge of the relevant safety standards and safety techniques.

* Good communication skills.
