Job description

The selected candidate will also be responsible for:

  • in cooperation with the director planning, organizing, and according to a special authorization coordination and supervision of activities in the field of organizational unit
  • preparation of internal acts and regulations from the field of organizational unit
  • preparation of the strategy, policies and annual plans from the field of the organizational unit
  • coordination and supervision of the work of associates in the field of organizational unit
  • supervision of the implementation of the objectives set out in the organizational unit
  • monitoring of legal regulations and professional literature in the field of organizational unit
  • monitoring and taking measures on the basis of qualitative and quantitative performance indicators of the sector /area /company
  • advising directors on financial, accounting, human resources, labor law and other organizational matters
  • development of human, technical and other resources for implementation of organizational activities
  • coordination with Security Manager
  • cooperation with administrative and state authorities and foreign partners
  • performing professional duties delegated by the Director of the sector/department

Required conditions:

  • university degree (alternatively higher education and 8 years of experience in the field of work/post secondary education and 10 years of experience in the field of work/secondary education and 15 years of experience in the field of work)
  • active knowledge of English
  • basic knowledge of another foreign language
  • computer knowledge (MS Office, E-mail, Internet)
  • knowledge of aviation law and regulations
  • at least 4 years of working experience
