Job description

Purpose of the position:

Supports efficient onboarding procedure for entry crew to deliver the necessary crew resource on time at the base which is the optimal operationally and from crew satisfaction point of view. Coordinates and communicates crew resource issues within the organization during the employment period of the crew (e.g. holiday management, base changes).


  • Base allocation notification to affected crew and relevant departments
  • Maintaining a base waiting list based on transparent rules
  • Maintaining of the pilot database
  • Supporting Command Upgrade procedure
  • Supporting the Mentoring program
  • Supporting base captains with holiday management related reports
  • Base visit planning, organization and follow up
  • Monitoring Visa and work permit process of the individuals
  • Monitoring the contracting process from recruitment until signed contract
  • Attrition monitoring, analysis on attrition reasons
  • Participating in cross functional projects
  • Participating in IT development projects relevant to Crew Resources (specification, testing) - Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports
  • University Degree
  • 2-5 years working experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong computer skills, including expert proficiency with MS Excel
  • Proven ability to adapt to more sophisticated computer programs
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong time management skills
