Job Role: Sales Administrator (Aviation)

Location: West Sussex- Outskirts of Horsham- Own transport required due to location

Salary: ?20,000-?22,000 DOE

My client is a leading provider of aircraft parts and services for the commercial aviation sector. They are looking for a conscientious, self-motivated person to work as part of a small team, helping with general office administration duties, data entry, researching parts required by clients and to provide excellent customer services.

The holder of the position will be required to take responsibility for a variety of processes and to work, with support, toward identifying any opportunities to make the processes more efficient.

Responsibilities:

- General administration and use of IT systems
- Demonstrate team working skills including flexibility to move between tasks and understanding the individual contribution required in order to produce outstanding results for the group as a whole
- Deliver high quality customer service and performance
- To make the best use of company systems and tools to source and price material competitively
- Any other reasonable and appropriate tasks as required by the management team in order to meet the needs of the business.

Person Specification:

- Experience within the Aerospace sector in product support and spares procurement
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite; including Excel and Word
- Willingness to be flexible to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to learn quickly
- Highly motivated with a capability to handle demanding workload that requires accuracy
- Is reliable and respects policies and procedures
- Willing to be a proactive team member
- Flexible in moving between tasks and focused on organisational priorities and high level of attention to detail
- Show commitment to tasks
