- Lead and drive company wide recruitment efforts.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and SOP.
- Lead and drive company wide employee performance evaluations on a regular basis.
- Deputize for HR & Admin Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree in HR or related field.
- Atleast 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Previous airline or hospitality industry experience will be an added advantage.
- The right candidate will be efficient, goal driven, people oriented and have strong time management skills.
- Must be able to work effectively within a small team.
- Be self-motivated and willing to take initiative and responsibility.
- Outstanding and friendly personality.
