We are currently Hiring Crews on the B737-500 (TYPE RATED FIRST OFFICERS AND CAPTAINS) for our Trusted Airline Client based in Riga, Latvia:

BASE OF OPERATION: Riga, Latvia (Can be flexible)


1st Stage: Online test

2nd Stage: Tech/HR interview, SIM check and Psychological test in Riga

3rd Stage: Skype interview with Chief Pilot

The Assessment is going to be for 2 days, hotel should be covered by candidates. The airline can help to choose it and book for the candidate. Regarding the flight tickets – airline is providing candidates with STB tickets, so candidates have to pay the taxes only.


  • ROSTER: The Roster will be flexible, it could be 5/2, 6/1 or 4/3 (8 days are always days off during the month and 4 days are always off in a row) the roster is planned according the resources and season.
  • LEAVE: Unlimited home leave tickets (airport taxes to be paid only)
  • Accident insurance 24/7 provided from the first day;
  • Health insurance after probation period (3 months);
  • ID leisure travel tickets in addition to employees, their parents, spouse, common- law spouse, children, travel partner and friends can travel (6 months after employment more than 113 code-share airline partners);
  • The airline covers the cost of all the necessary training, validation, medicals, visas and any other items related to work duties;
  • Loss of license insurance after 1 year employment (100 000 EUR compensation);
  • Paid vacation 20 working days per annum, additional 1 day if children below 14 years;
  • ID/Uniforms/Company manuals provided by airline
  1. Personal Income Tax 20 - 23%; Social tax 11%; Personal Income Tax for dividend income 0%
  2. Average productivity based income
  3. Quarterly paid bonus
  4. Add pay over 60 guaranteed block hours (BHs rate > 60 hrs, and BHs rate * 1.5 after >80 hrs); BH are taxed with Personal Income Tax 20 - 23%; Social tax 11%;

  • Minimum 250-500 hours as Captain on type (B737);
  • Valid EASA Part-FCL licence with ATPL theory knowledge;
  • Valid B737 type rating;
  • Valid Class 1 medical;
  • Minimum ICAO level 4 English proficiency;
  • Right to live and work in EU;
  • Criminal free record.
