Job description


* Assisting ATO Personnel in scheduling, mailing and communicating training programs

* Creating monthly plans of trainings;

* Maintaining and scheduling calendar of the Training Organization;

* Continuous monitoring and documenting of monthly trainings and recording it;

* Creating weekly and monthly reports/statistics;

* Supporting Training Organization’s instructors work;

* Supporting HT and Wizz Air crew planners by organising and planning of ATO trainings;

* Preparing course completion certificates;

* Correspondence with Aviation Authorities and Wizz Air Departments when required;

* Solving simple IT issues

* Writing of IT guides/occasional graphics design

* Maintaining and updating ATO Folders

* Actively participate in development projects;


We are looking for a student who has:

* Active University student status in Hungary

* Fluent spoken / written English knowledge

* Advanced MS Office

* Complete administrative tasks correctly and on time

* Computer literacy

* Proactivity, creativity

* Good interpersonal, networking and communication skills
