Job description

To handle, process and maintain payroll; responsible for calculation while entering employees data.
Monitor and maintain daily attendance and ensure system working efficiently.
To get actively involved and execute other HR responsibilities as entrusted time-to-time
Efficiently deliver on all aspects including monthly attendance data complication, leave management, payroll planning and having control of the issues.
Timely updates payroll records and individual employees data for all departments.
Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability and nontaxable wages.
Determines payroll liabilities by processing of employee monthly salaries as per appointment terms and entitlement.
Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
Provides payroll related queries by answering questions and requests.
Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
Complies with state and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Maintains employees confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by studying professional publications; establishing personal networks.
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains payroll staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains payroll staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any graduate/MBA.
5-7 years of working experience in any organization preferably from airline, hospitality, travel and or tourism industries will be desirable.
Capable of independently dealing with payroll handling and HR related compliance/requirement including PF, Gratuity, ESI, Medical etc.
Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and applicable laws.
Fully conversant in Hindi and English languages, knowledge of local Telugu language desired.
Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
Able to politely and professionally yet effectively interact with a wide range of individuals including senior leaderships/employees, associates, business contacts.
