Logistic Coordinator (f/m/d)


Objective of the Position

  • Plan and manage the functions of Logistic for Line Maintenance Station within VDT to ensure smooth that operation and work is effectively established and planned in most economical manner meeting all maintenance, operational and airworthiness requirements without compromising on quality and safety standards.

Personal Qualities / Principle Accountabilities

  • The rectification of discrepancies found during internal and external audits within his area of responsibility
  • Maintaining the stores and workspace in a clean and orderly manner
  • Ordering of working and operational material
  • Maintaining all equipment and tools in a serviceable condition, assuring that periodic checks and calibrations are made on special tools and test equipment and that current records are maintained of those tests and calibrations
  • Ascertain that all mechanics use only company owned tools controlled by an accepted calibration procedure
  • Informing the LSS and LMSM and the applicable departments on sort and volume of orders
  • Coordination with the LD in case of technical problems of irregular events (AOG, flight operation and etc.)
  • Reporting of discrepancies, which can affect the airworthiness, in accordance with appropriate procedures
  • Keeping contact with the LD/suppliers during performance of work, clarifying discrepancies / customers Questions
  • Registration of individual files on each tool or the equipment subject to service or calibration
  • Maintaining all electronic form inventories of the tool and the Equipment
  • Acceptance/deliveries of tools and material and check, marks of all available tool and the Equipment
  • Registration of the schedule of calibration on equipment and Tools


  • Supervision and control of the regulations in accordance with the MOE
  • Controlling the inventory, identifying, controlling, segregating and maintaining all stock and tools to a serviceable or unserviceable category
  • Preservation of all articles or parts, while carried in inventory, including parts that are subject to deterioration and shelf-life
  • Assuring proper handling of all parts while in repair process and when work is completed
  • Procurement of working and operational material
  • Provide safety of staff working practices, safety of ground servicing, including ground support equipment within the vicinity of Aircraft.
