Job description

Purpose of the position:

In this role the jobholder will be responsible for quality and efficient HR operations, improving employee experience by providing support in relation to the employee life cycle, HR administration and relocation. The jobholder acts as the first point of contact for employee services matters on the Headquarters basis. The HR Operations Expert will report to the HR Manager HQ.


  • Maintaining employee records and personal files, including the maintenance of HR Information Systems
  • Perform data checks in HR system verifying that information is complete and correct
  • Processing Employee life cycle changes like preparation of employment contracts, contract modifications, and terminations
  • Responsible for the contract templates of the respective countries
  • Handling employee queries on HR related matters on the daily basis in hiring, payroll, labor administration, personal taxation and social security matters
  • Cooperating with outsourced payroll partner on onboarding and off-boarding matters, employees registration, relocation processes and HR related queries
  • Taking part in payroll cycle including giving payroll inputs and checking payroll calculations, answering employee queries regarding salary questions
  • Continuously provides feedback to HR Manager HQ for improving ongoing processes, policies, systems.
  • Preparation of regular and ad hoc HR reports
  • Participate in HR project


  • Finalized College or University degree
  • Work experience: min. 1-2 years’ experience in HR is a must
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Capability to understand complex issues and procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Ability to pay attention to details
  • Good communications and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Customer focused attitude
  • Good computer knowledge: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
