Morson International are currently looking to recruit a Technical Records Clerk for one of our Aerospace Clients. This is a 12 month contract based in Camberley, Surrey.
Our Client is looking to recruit a Technical Publications/ Technical Records Administrator who will support the Aircraft records team in the following areas:
-To ensure that aircraft records are complete and accurate and storage and retention requirements are complied with,
-To ensure that all Aircraft Technical Log and Maintenance Work Package entries are correctly entered into the Maintenance Management System,
- To manage aircraft configuration, ensuring that that the customer fleet remains compliant with regulatory requirements.
-Verify that Aircraft Technical Log and Maintenance Work Package entries are correct and complete,
-Ensure that all Aircraft Technical Log and Maintenance Work Package entries are correctly entered into the Maintenance Management System,
-Update Maintenance Management System for maintenance stations/bases that do not have access to the system,
-Monitor aircraft configuration and ensure all necessary actions are taken to ensure correct aircraft configuration,
-Ensure all aircraft records are filed and stored in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements.
Applicants will ideally have knowledge of the following:
-Good knowledge and understanding of commercial airline maintenance and engineering operations
-Good IT skills with good knowledge of MS Office
