Job description

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  1. carries out regular administrative and operational tasks in the field of procurement
  2. care for the full implementation of the procurement process
  3. care for continuous optimization of business processes in purchasing and systematic transfer of knowledge and good practices among employees
  4. preparation of documentation for obtaining offers, collection of offers and preparation of a proposal for decision on the supplier
  5. accepting requests for the purchase of material/services and coordinating with other departments related to the execution of the purchase function
  6. ordering material or services, monitoring of orders and giving instructions regarding customs procedures
  7. controlling and liquidating incoming receipts
  8. monitoring and analyzing costs and suppliers

Required conditions:

  • university degree or alternatively higher education, if the candidate has at least 3 years of working experience in the field of work
  • active knowledge of English
  • computer knowledge (MS Office, E-mail, Internet)
  • at least 2 and a half years of working experience
  • knowledge of aviation law and regulations
  • knowledge of customs legislation
