Job description

ALG is seeking for some experienced Sales Managers China to cover sales and account management across China for our well established global aviation client. This position is for a full-time permanent position.

Working location can be discussed as long as in China

Key Areas of Responsibility

The Sales Manager China role will require performing the following but not limited to:

  • Market and establish the product portfolio the company has to offer and for all the overall relationship of the account;
  • Plan activities and the goals to be achieved;
  • Organize the internal and external commercial information in effective and efficient manner;
  • Determines the needs, demands, and expectations of the prospect and the customers;
  • Work closely together with the customer service team regarding to all customer specific requirements and initiate customer reviews and take the lead in actions.
  • Maintaining the long-term working relationship with all customers closely

Key Requirements

To better consider for the position you must possess the following:

  • Bachelors' Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Aerospace or related field.
  • Extensive industry knowledge such as familiarity with standard commercial and military aircraft parts, major suppliers and manufacturers in Aerospace.
  • Must have a minimum 5 years of relevant sales and account management experience within the aviation industry in Greater China (e.g. experience in technical customer service).
  • Excellent service skills and customer oriented attitude with strong ability to build close relationships with customers.
  • Can represent the company in a consistent and professional way.
  • Analytical, result-oriented and customer focus.
  • Good project management skills and problem-solving attitude.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills of English and Mandarin.
  • Must have working and living rights in China as a native Mandarin speaker due to the job nature requirements.
  • Willingness to travel frequently is required
