Job description
  • Planning and implementation of regional business development strategy
  • Identify potential customers
  • Building professional network to communicate with decision makers
  • Developing communication channels to influential individuals and decision makers
  • Establishing lines of communication through marketing activities
  • Pursuing direct interaction with decision makers and establishing working relations with them
  • Identifying their needs, building offers and pursuing acceptance of the offer
  • Negotiation with customers
Requirements
  • 5+ years in business development / sales of engineering service at top management positions
  • Wide professional network in aerospace, automotive, rail, machinery and other industries
  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Knowledge of the industrial market players
  • High level of negotiation skills
  • Ability to work without close supervision, flexibility, customer-orientation and analytical mind
  • Good command of English.
  • MS Office user (advanced MS Excel and MS Power Point)
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time in EU
