Job description

Extend your professional success as Certifying Staff B1 and realize your visions together with ARTS. In your future position you will act in Donauwörth at our customer Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH as an interface between the national and international quality assurance officers. You will be responsible for carrying out quality tests on materials, components and assemblies using both destructive and non-destructive tests.

Task description

  • Identification of improvement potentials in existing test procedures and initiation of optimization measures

  • Instruction and support of test personnel

  • Execution of test procedures using the AHD QM system

  • Participation in internal audits

  • Error analysis and determination of quality deviations as well as development of remedial measures

  • Preparation and execution of block releases, such as ground run or flight release

  • Ensuring compliance with air legal requirements

  • Checking helicopter files as well as data maintenance and documentation in SAP and other databases

Requirements

Requirements

  • Completed technical training, e.g. as aircraft mechanic with qualification as technician or master craftsman

  • Several years of experience as a technical clerk as well as in the areas of manufacturing/production, IT/information systems, mechanics in aviation, project management, quality assurance and quality management

  • Valid license according to EASA Part-66 CAT B1 required

  • Experienced handling of SAP

  • Advanced English skills

  • Willingness to work shifts
