ALG, specialist in Aviation Talent, is currently hiring for a National Sales Leader role to work with our growing client in Singapore. This role is a permanent full-time position.
- Develop direct report management and annual sales budget
- Achieve country revenue and P/L objective while ensuring customer success
- Communicate and execute corporate strategies across the country
- Establish and manage internal network and communicate corporate strategies.
- Personal involvement in key sales opportunities and maintain strong peer networks
- Lead and motivate the sales team and manage consistent people.
- Execute individual development plans, mentoring and conduct skip level meetings
- Minimum Degree in related studies.
- Must have an extensive experience and knowledge in sales and management.
- Must have at least 10 years of related experience.
- Must be passionate, excellent in oral communication skills and strong in analytical problem-solving.
- Must have managed more than 3 sales managers.
