To plan, implement, develop, monitor and maintain the integrity of the company's products and services in accordance with company design specifications and the requirements of military customers and civil authorities.

These requirements are effected through documented procedures and inspection verification processes which are built into the Company Operating System They are to ensure the Quality of the product customer satisfaction, and schedule adherence and within budget constraints.

Your purpose is to provide a sufficient level of knowledge, utilising your specialised skills as determined by individual training and experience to advise the effective and timely delivery of those tasks upon which you are engaged You are also expected to complete tasks in other disciplines that require no technical knowledge You will apply your knowledge to produce realistic working solutions to resolve defined problems and challenges that arise within your work area

Working in partnership with stakeholders you will develop policy, processes, tools and methods that satisfy both business and customer requirements and needs.

You will also provide support to others within the organisation on how these elements might be combined and applied to meet customer requirements fully and effectively. You may be required to supervise others as appropriate to assist in the delivery of those tasks and projects.

Operationally the role will support the delivery of a range of products and services and other Directorate tasks and projects as identified by your Manager or Team Leader Role success will be measured against your ability to apply technical excellence to provide effective solutions that satisfy specific forms and other designated work.
