Job description

Overall responsibility:

The Receptionist is responsible for the provision of secretarial, clerical and front desk support in order to ensure the effective and efficient daily work in the headquarters of Wizz Air.

This position reports to the Facility Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests, preparing the visitor list for the Security Guards, assisting the entry process of the guests
  • Handling incoming telephone calls
  • Managing, registering and distributing the incoming post and parcels
  • Preparing the outgoing post and courier shipments
  • Tracking of lost shipments, communication with courier companies
  • Arranging ground transfers for the Wizz employees, visitors and business partners
  • Facility management – checking the condition of the building, the furniture and the branding elements
  • Ordering office supplies and drinking water
  • Continuous communication with the suppliers
  • Serving catering for the guests (coffee service, preparing meeting rooms for lunch / business meals)
  • Continuous contact with the operator of the building in terms of necessary repair and maintenance
  • Supporting the users of the Private Travel system in case of booking problems and technical issues
  • Maintaining office services – maintenance, facility management and cleaning services
  • Doing other assigned administrative tasks (arranging burning process, photocopying, faxing, managing meeting rooms schedules, handling specific employee requests)
  • Fluent English both written and spoken
  • Good Excel, Word and MS Outlook skills required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy atmosphere environment
  • Excellent communicational and organizational skills, attention to details
  • Customer oriented, friendly, enthusiastic personality, who works well under pressure
  • College or university degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is an advantage
