Job description

Purpose of the position:

The Crew Recruitment Assistant ensures smooth daily operation of the recruitment team and provides the framework for delivering great candidate experience.The Crew Recruitment Assistant assists and supports the activities of the Recruitment Managers while having also the own area of responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Pilot Recruitment team
  • Recruitment-related administrative tasks
  • Checking and validating documentation
  • Keeping daily contact with candidates, agencies and other stakeholders
  • Content management of the career website
  • Organizing recruitment events (logistic coordination)
  • Support to the Recruitment managers during Recruitment Events in Hungary or abroad
  • Maintaining candidate database (Recruitment system and internal database)
  • Preparation of recruitment related regular and ad hoc reports
  • Communication with partners and suppliers, initiating orders
  • Social media monitoring for recruitment related content
  • Managing the orders of recruitment marketing material
Requirements
  • College or university degree
  • Fluent English skills (any other European Language is an advantage)
  • Experience with logistics and workflow management
  • Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A proven ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Education or interest in aviation field is highly preferred.
