In your future position in Manching at our customer Airbus Defence and Space GmbH you will be responsible for the preparation and execution of aircraft tests for error detection and correction of systems.

Task description

  • Inspection of compliance with specifications

  • Execution and documentation of tests and checks before and after the flight test

  • Installation of components and equipment, e.g. ejector seat and emergency exit systems

  • Operation and maintenance of ground equipment

  • Aircraft towing as well as refuelling and defuelling

  • Support of the flight crew during the inspection before and after the flight

  • Carrying out an initial quality control



  • Vocational training as an aircraft mechanic

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in maintenance and servicing as well as in the aerospace industry

  • Confident user of MS Office, knowledge of SAP advantageous

  • Fluent command of German and good knowledge of English

  • Affinity for aeronautical engineering and team skills
