The role includes liaising with Air Canada Cargo Operations, Customer Service Unit, Dangerous Goods, Warehouse personnel, Sales, Headquarters and external third parties. The role is additionally responsible for training compliance with Service Level Agreements for all Air Canada products, procedures and processes.
