ALG are working with a client currently undergoing a period of transofrmation and require a Data Analyst on a 3 month contract, potential to extend.

You will be responsible for the creation of people, data and analytics reports.

As an expert in SQL you will be responsible for collating and analysing emploee based data to be used in support of strategic decision making.

This is a critical role that will form an integral part of the project team and will have a high degree of visibility to the executive leadership team.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of reports and methodologies to enable weekly and monthly reporting.
• Provide reports and data to enable strategic decision making.
• Collate, analyse and improve the data to ensure accurate reporting.
• Undertake data analytics to identify insights and trends.
• Communicate insights to leadership in support of evidence based decision making.
