What you will be doing:

 

  • To conduct fault finding, routine maintenance and repairs on mtu rail products to the standard specified in the approved manuals in accordance with the requirements of the contract(s); to embrace digitalisation.
  • Perform preventative, scheduled maintenance and/or corrective maintenance activities.
  • Actively participate in the ongoing continuous improvement activities for both maintenance and procedures. 
  • Attend and participate in meetings with the customer where necessary to obtain sign off for work that has been carried out on the customers equipment
  • To participate in 24/7 shift working including callout when required.
  • Work as a mobile engineer if required, (van will be provided).
  • Make effective use of IT systems such as Go!Care, C4S, eWeb, Go!Manage, Go, Diasys, Outlook etc
