Job description

• Mange maintenance project(s) to ensure on time project delivery and certification according to customer & regulatory requirements
• Performance/Competence review of team members to promote staff training and development
• Manage and supervise several Crews/Trades to carry out complicated and man-power demanding jobs tasks especially with multi-trade involvement
• Oversee project tasks scheduling, works coordination and other ad-hoc projects
• Reinforce compliance of regulatory requirements and standard procedures
• Responsible for certifying and managing aircraft cabin maintenance checks, AEOs, SWCs, defect trouble shooting & rectification on aircraft cabin products to maintain aircraft cabin serviceability and aesthetic
• Perform failure analysis of quality audit findings, customer complaints, IOR, and liaise with internal parties for case follow up
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Functional and other Relevant Experience

• Minimum 7 years’ experience relevant experience in aircraft maintenance including servicing, inspection, defect trouble shooting, repair and rectification
• Currently holding a valid HKAR-66 Cat. B1.1/B2* Aircraft Maintenance License with aircraft type rating and authorization on one or more of the following types: B777, A320/321/321Neo, A330, A350
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance certification
• Working experience on maintenance of aircraft cabin condition/cabin products/IFE system will be an advantage
• If certification experience less than 4 years, Assistant Licensed Engineer as a consideration

2. Qualifications and other Relevant Knowledge

• Completed HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
• Candidate with a Higher Diploma or above in Engineering discipline will be an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure with good decision making
