Job description

We are currently looking for Flight Dispatchers for one of our main clients based in Switzerland under a permanent contract.

•42.5 weekly working hours

Main responsibilities:

•Coordinate private flights for VIP customers

•Liaise closely with internal and external partners such as Aviation Service providers, Aviation Authorities, ATCs, Ground Handling Agents, Customs/Immigration officers, etc.

•Calculate and file flight plans in coordination with crew members and in compliance with Aviation regulations

•Flight scheduling (overflight/landing permits, handling and fuel arrangements, additional supplementary services)

•Flight dispatch and operations control (flight planning, crew briefing, meteo and NOTAM analyses, movement control, crew control, irregularity handling, emergency response)

•Airport and Route analyses and feasibility checks 

•Administrative duties relevant for flight dispatch department

Requirements:

Requirements:

•Experience in a flight dispatch environment, preferably in private operations

•Fluency in English (German would be a plus)

•IT skills/experience in use of dispatch related software 

•Willingness to work on shifts: weekends and night shifts included

•Strong planning and coordination skills

•Proactive, team-oriented, flexible approach and able to provide solid results under high pressure

•Solid communication skills
