On behalf of our international business aviation client in Basel, we are recruiting AOG Technicians.

The team of AOG Technicians provide 24/7 service coverage to respond to our client’s customer AOG requests and recover the aircraft as quickly as possible.

If you're not already based near Basel, you'll need to move to the area, there is no commuting option. Relocation assistance will be provided, details on offer and other benefits will be provided when we speak further about this position.

DUTIES:

• Dispatches to customer AOG request as per 24/7 roster.
• Liaises with customer to manage local handling: Airport access, Tools, and parts logistics, off core returns.
• Manages communication with OEM or company base maintenance station when required.
• Perform aircraft recovery work resulting in Release to Service in accordance with applicable airworthiness regulations.
• Provides final technical documentation package to relevant customer parties.
• Provides regular customer and AOG duty feedback.
• Supports development of knowledge base with AOG Duty Managers.

Requirements:

EXPERIENCE:

• In depth understanding of the aerospace MRO industry, OEMs, and the regulatory framework.
• EASA B1 as a minimum, and ideally a B2 License as well as Type Rating(s) on Falcon 2000/7x/8x and/or Gulfstream from GV to G650 are required.
