Zenon is currently recruiting for an established VIP Charter Company based in the UAE, who is looking for a Charters Sales Manager to join their team. 

Successful Candidates will be responsible for:-

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the Charter Sales Team
• Generating a portfolio of niche global clients by researching, identifying, cold-calling potential leads, and performing sales calls/visits.
• For the Management of charter flight bookings from start to finish.
• Sourcing charter flight prices and send out quotations, bookings, and wrap-up after-sales procedure.
• Build good relationships with both charter flight Clients and Suppliers.

Requirements:

Minimum Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
• Excellent command of English both verbal and written.
• A second language would be an advantage but not essential.
• Proven experience in negotiating with high-net-worth individuals and government officials.
• Minimum two (2) years charter brokerage experience in either private, commercial, or cargo flights.

Ideally you will have a knowledge of the business aviation market in terms of Aircraft type, Airports, Handling Agents etc... 

The company is looking for someone who has detailed planning and organisational skills who is able to work on their own as well as manage the team. You will have strong problem-solving skills as well as excellent rapport building skills in order to effectively manage clients in what is sometimes a pressurised environment.
