Zenon is currently recruiting for an established VIP Charter Company based in the UAE, who is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team. 

Successful Candidates will be responsible for:-

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the Business Development team
• Acquiring new business, championing the companies’ services and competitive offerings
• The growth and management existing client relationships.
• Development and follow-up on new business opportunities.
• Being aware and constantly up to date with market trends and competitors
• Participating and representing the company at important aviation events.
• Maintaining up to date information on the companies CRM with efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

Minimum Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent
• 2 or more years in sales or marketing for a Flight Support/Trip Support Industry (Sales and Brokerage)
• Excellent command of English both verbal and written.
• A second language would be an advantage but not essential (Arabic / French / Spanish / Mandarin)
• Great business acumen with an analytical business sense
• Innovative and resourceful in penetrating markets and prospected clients
• A well-versed and emphatic communicator who is a talented negotiator and elegantly persuasive.

Ideally you will have a knowledge of the business aviation market in terms of Aircraft type, Airports, Handling Agents etc... 

The company is looking for someone who has detailed planning and organisational skills who is able to work on their own as well as manage the team. You will have strong problem solving skills as well as excellent rapport building skills in order to effectively manage clients in what is sometimes a pressurised environment.
