Job description

Zenon is currently supporting our VIP aviation client to source a Client Service Coordinator, to join their Aircraft Management Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a hugely well respected, and continuously growing VIP aircraft organisation.

 

This is a permanent position, based in Hampshire. The role will involve working a day shift pattern of 12 hours on a 4 on, 4 off rotation basis. 

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with a range of high profile clients, owners and crews. They will be responsible for the full delivery of safe, timely and cost effectives services.

 

Main scope of the role includes –

  • Liaison with clients and Aircraft Account Managers
  • Aircraft Operations
  • Supporting other operational functions

Main responsibilities –

  • Communicate with both client and crew regarding schedules any potential delays
  • Produce trip itineraries, and make any amendments and cancellations as required
  • Complete trip set ups, including task diary management and provide handovers to Duty Operations Manager for action
  • Assign crew to relevant flights, and consult the Account Manager as appropriate, particularly when there are commercial implications
  • Ensure handling, fuel, crew hotels, catering permits and other services as required are organised for all flights
  • Ensure crew are provided with all pre-flight documentation is provided to crew via company systems meeting operational standards and compliance
  • Ensure crew briefing is provided, both from a flight operations perspective but also with consideration to security, health and safety, and risk assessments with specific attention given to operations within areas of elevated risk
  • Consulting with the Operations Team and Account Managers as appropriate

Minimum requirements –

  • Experience in aviation operations is preferable
  • Passionate about aviation and customer service
  • Very strong communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively is essential
  • Excellent levels of computer literacy
