Job description

On behalf of our client, one of the largest business aviation groups in Europe, we are recruiting a private jet Sales Director.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a native German speaker to join our client and sell beautiful Gulfstream aircraft.



  • Identify potential customers.
  • Building network to support his effort the company effort to communicate with decision makers.
  • Developing communication channels to influential individuals and decision makers.
  • Establishing lines of communication through BTL marketing activities.
  • Pursuing direct interaction with decision makers and establishing working relations with them.
  • Identifying their needs, building offers and pursuing acceptance of the offer.
  • Manage customer negotiations and signing contracts.




  • Proven track record of 3-5 years in B2C sales of high value products, for example yachts, luxury cars, luxury real estate etc. Experience in aircraft sales is an advantage but not a must.
  • Excellent negotiating skills.
  • Charismatic outgoing personality
  • Creative, "out of the box" thinking.
  • Independence and self-motivation.
  • Native German speaker.
  • Fluent English.
  • Hybrid – Home office based mainly.
