Responsibilities:

Assist in compliance with the aviation security training requirement aspects of IOSA accreditation and states, which HKA operates;
Review and promulgate the HKA security training programme and mannual
Delivers security training for related staff or HKA service providers, monitor adherence to meet HKA security requirement;
Review and revise assessment documents and curriculum to guide the development of learning materials
Planning lessons and sequences of lessons to meet individual learning needs and ensure training programme in progression
Assist in lliaison with related departments in absence of Manager, Training & Policy Development
Assist in developing the HKA on-line security training platform and mechanism
Undertake projects at the direction of GMS and Security Training In charge

Requirements

Must be based in Hong Kong
3 years of airlines experience;
Experience in performing aviation security duties is preferred;
Experience in training duties is preferred;
Attend and successfully complete an aviation security training instructor course organized by ICAO/IATA or other relevant organization is preferred;
Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
