Responsibilities:

• Conduct ground and simulator training sessions for new and experienced pilots
• Deliver comprehensive instruction on aircraft systems, procedures, and regulations
• Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure students' successful progression
• Create and update training materials to align with industry standards
• Collaborate with a team of aviation professionals to enhance training programs

Requirements:

Requirements:

• ATP certificate
• Preferred minimum of 1000 Part 121 flying hours as a Captain or First Officer
• Candidates without Part 121 flying experience still qualify if they have Part 121 Instructor experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Full-Time Salary: US $125,000/month + US $60,000 bonus
• Part-Time Salary: US $70,000/month + US $33,500 bonus
