Job description

We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:

  • Implementing the Standardization process for TRTO instructors (TKIs, TRIs/SFIs, MCCIs, MPLIs), verifying its compliance with BAA Training Standards and the regulatory agencies.
  • Managing the Standardization process for instructors in cooperation with the HT.
  • Collecting data on training occurrences and implement corrective actions to minimize the repetitive issues, in cooperation with HT;
  • Participating into inquiry commission in case of incident or accident as supportive SME.
  • Collecting and evaluating a feedback received from students and BAA staff regarding training and operation efficiency.
  • Analysing students’ assessments’ and evaluation reports (KSA100; CBTA) and participating in modifying Training Programs and ATO Manuals, if necessary, in order to achieve learning objectives.
  • Following the instructions of the HT related to the organization of training program development.
  • Submitting proposals to the HT related to the effectiveness of training and improvement of training programs.
  • Performing duties as an supervising instructor while conducting the training in FTDS’s: with students, while conducting the training or testing its quality and with the instructors, while testing the flight techniques, preparation and compliance with the training standards
  • Deciding on additional training in case the student has not reached the required level of knowledge or skills.
  • Performing the other temporary tasks raised by the HT as much as it is related to the ATO’s goals.

Requirements:

We dream about a team member who:

  • Has not lower than ATPL licence with the valid highest associated ratings;
  • Holds an instructor certificate with the privilege to instruct for at least one of the following type training courses (a320 or B737NG);
  • Has not lower than 2 years’ experience of Type Rating Training;
  • Has not lower than 4 ICAO English level;
  • Has 1000 hours of flight time as a crew commander, and at least 500 hours of flight time at the position of instructor related to the flight training courses, from which 200 hours may be related to instrument flight ground training.
  • Has a valid the first class medical certificate of a flight crew member.
