ALG has a great opportunity for a Technical Administrator to join a well-established commercial organisation based at Mascot Airport. The position will give the successful candidate the chance to enter and or expand their exposure to the aviation industry working with a major commercial airline.

The contract is open ended and successful candidates would be working on a Monday to Friday Pattern. The typical shift time would be from 0700 - 15:30.

Some of the main responsibilities of the position are:

• Tracking the logistics of projects and ensuring timely completion of administrative tasks
• Preparing and managing documentation such as invoices and purchase orders
• Coordinating supply chain procedures to ensure the highest quality of delivery to our projects
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of orders, suppliers, and customers
• Overseeing warehouse stock levels and placing orders as required
• Providing accurate and timely information regarding the development of projects

The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Previous experience in transport and logistics or similar industry (desirable)

• Ability to work autonomously
• A proven eye for detail & accurate reporting
• Experience in documentation control and compliance management
• Strong time management skills
• Full working rights in Australia
• Willing to undergo a background security check (ASIC)
• Willing to comply with medical requirement (drug/alcohol)
• Strong attention to details, ability to multi-task
• Demonstrate full compliance will all work rules and regulation.
