Qualitair Aviation are excited to support their client, a leading provider of Aviation services to Commercial and Government Operators with the recruitment of MRO Specialist.

As a MRO Specialist you will be responsible to manage unserviceable components through the repair cycle to support Company's Commercial Programs, from RO generation, through escalating inbound/outbound mis-shipments, obtaining and evaluating quotes from suppliers, managing queries to delivery back and RO closure.

Key responsibilities:

• Ownership of repair cycle, including resolving issues with customer and internal supply chain which hold up TAT of a RO; apply supplier, customer and internal escalation.
• Serving as first point of escalation for team member queries and cost approval checks.
• Provide coaching, guidance and on the job training to team members.
• Undertake on-site customer / supplier visits as required. To include score carding, customer feedback and negotiation of to resolve issues.
• Management of open WIP, applying effective prioritisation to Priority RO's, and supporting the MRO Expedite team as required.
• Develop positive and strong supplier, customer and internal relationships, seek to improve working methods and communications.
• Identify ongoing areas of opportunity in process, customer service, TAT and cost control.

Candidate specification:

The right candidate should have a good understanding of commercial characteristics of PBH programs, and MRO operational role to support that within the supply chain. Should also be computer literate and have previous experience with customer database and ability to handle all personal data in

confidence; with integrity and in a manner of which ensures appropriate security measures are met

and adhered to, which include protection against unlawful processing or accidental loss, destruction

or damage in line with GDPR compliance.
