Vista is expanding its Part 145 network, rebranding all facilities to ‘Vista Aircraft Maintenance’ during 2023. Our locations include Base Maintenance facilities in Farnborough (Dassault Aviation Business Services), Paris Le Bourget (Dassault Aviation Business Services), Munich (MCM Munich), Baden Baden (Air Hamburg Technik), Van Nuys (JetWorx) and Bay City (Red Wing Aircraft Maintenance) with additional Line Stations in Malta, Nice and Luton and Mobile Repair Teams in South Florida and the New York area.

 

We are recruiting for experienced Stores Logistics Manager to join our team in Munich.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee all store activities, including stock inventory, audit, aircraft tooling, and stores control within the Aircraft Engineering environment;
  • Supervise and delegate resources to ensure the smooth running of the Stores Logistics operation;
  • Work closely with the Vista Logistics team;
  • Manage and develop team processes and talent to meet business goals;
  • Develop store specific project management tools for inputs;
  • Manage manpower to support ongoing maintenance events;
  • Maintain a document archive post-maintenance;
  • Develop and improve control systems to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations;
  • Promote a Just Culture, adhere to company Health & Safety policies, and report all incidents and occurrences through the Company Safety Management System;
  • Monitor performance and provide regular briefings, guidance, and support to the team as necessary;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Part 145 Stores environment;
  • Experience in leading teams;
  • Ability to handle and process large amounts of information;
  • Ability to motivate, lead, and mentor a team of people whilst interacting with different company stakeholders;
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken;
  • Dangerous goods experience;
  • Have the right to work in Europe without restriction;
  • Must be eligible for an airside pass;
  • Be highly motivated, a great team player with a high level of attention to detail.
