BBN Airlines Indonesia is looking for experienced ACMI Sales Development Manger!

The company is a subsidiary of Avia Solutions Group, a global leader in end-to-end capacity solutions for passenger and cargo airlines.

BBN Airlines Indonesia was established in 2022 by a group of experts with solid aviation and airfreight backgrounds. Operating from one of the busiest airports in the Southern Hemisphere, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Indonesia and in Bali.

The BBN Airlines Indonesia team prides itself in running an efficient airline, focusing on fast, responsive customer service, as well as safe, reliable, and competitive transport.

Responsibilities:

• ACMI opportunities at BBN Airlines Indonesia - track and analyze ACMI demand and market changes;
• Identify commercial leads;
• Make sales – build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
• Collaborate with relevant functional teams in the preparation of formal and informal sales proposals;
• Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients‘ objectives;
• To represent the company at international exhibitions, business meetings around the world.

Requirements:

• Sales experience in ACMI business;
• Strong business acumen and thorough understanding of B2B Sales process;
• Proficiency in using customer stated needs and feedback to help design customized solutions;
• Polished communication skills, influencing, negotiating, and relationship-building skills;
• A self-starter, keen, ambitious, can-do attitude and hungry to get results;
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
