AirExplore is now recruiting experienced Cargo Operations Manager to join our team:

Key duties and responsibilities: 

• Accountability and responsibility for ensuring that company cargo operations are conducted in accordance with conditions and restrictions of the AOC, Operations Specifications and in compliance with applicable national and international regulations and AirExplore standards,
• Accountability and responsibility for management of safety risks and security threats outstanding from cargo operations,
• Development, update and implementation of procedures related to cargo operations,
• Coordination and oversight of daily cargo operation,
• Communication with clients, service suppliers, airport handling agents,
• Communication with authorities,
• Management of flight permits and approvals, incl. permits and exemptions for Spec Cargo and FFC,
• General administration and reporting duties.

Requirements:

• General knowledge of Air cargo industry,
• 3+ years of experience in cargo operations,
• Advanced negotiation and leadership skills,
• In-depth knowledge of regulations of Airline cargo processing, IATA procedures, manuals and publications (IATA DGR, CHM, LAR, PCR, etc.)
• Principle knowledge of cargo commercial and load planning.
• Willingness to relocate to AirExplore HQ in Bratislava, Slovakia
