Thanks to the expansion of a brilliant team, We have another exciting vacancy for a Compliance Officer to join one of our Clients in sunny Malta!

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Head of Safety and Compliance and will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance with regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities Include:

• Supporting the Head of Safety & Compliance maintain compliance monitoring programmes as required by all applicable regulations and Standards.
• Coordinating and conducting internal compliance audits within the respective operational departments.
• The timely dissemination of information to management and non- management operational personnel.
• Supporting the Head of Safety & Compliance with the development and maintenance of the internal audit plans and audit checklist.
• Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions resulting from audit findings.
• Supporting the Head of Safety & Compliance monitoring of all contracted and sub-contracted activities which involves conducting audits/inspection and when required, travelling abroad.
• Ensuring robust and timely corrective actions resulting from the audit programme are accomplished.
• When required liaise with the Competent Authority.
• Maintaining internal Compliance documentation
• Supporting the Head of Safety & Compliance with ad hoc projects and to develop and deliver training
• Be willing to travel abroad to undergo training.

Requirements:

• Preferably have experience in a safety and compliance environment
• Knowledge of applicable EASA regulations.
• Fluent in English language both written and oral.
• Proficient with the use of MS Office applications.
• Clean police conduct allowing for the issuing of an airport security pass.
