Job description

The company is expanding range of services. Our growing business is searching for a qualified logistics and materials manager to manage logistics issues, customs clearance, part supplies activities, and support maintenance work orders.

Responsibilities:

  • Procurement of aircraft parts and maintenance materials according to specifications.
  • Negotiating material pricing, and availability with vendors to maintain operational requirements and needs.
  • Coordinate material deliveries with subcontractors and work with the subcontractors’ project shipper and expeditor.
  • Collaborating with third-party logistics organizations, customs agents, and part supplies activities.
  • Full cooperation on behalf of the company with customs agents.
  • Arrange storage of purchased products.
  • Maintain the company‘s stock of spare parts and ensure sufficient spare parts availability.
  • Liaise with all departments to ensure an efficient operation always following the highest quality standards.
  • Preparing and filing detailed reports on logistics, procurement activity, quantity, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of logistics and customs clearance experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of procurement experience.
  • Outstanding communication, analytical mind, and leadership skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Ability to work in a team.
