Job description

Corendon Airlines is looking for Unlicensed Aircraft Mechanics for the Line Stations in Cologne, Dusseldorf, Nuremberg and Hannover as to be employed with a German payroll.

 

  • Responsible for supporting aircraft maintenance in accordance with company and manufacture procedures and EASA PART 145 regulations.
  • Performing maintenance, repair and servicing under direct supervision and responsibility of an company authorized Certifying Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
  • Supporting Shift Leader and certifying staff to perform planned maintenance tasks, fault isolation and defect rectification.
  • Preparing vehicles with necessary tools and equipment as instructed by certifying staff.
  • Reporting damage to any ground equipment, maintenance vehicle and company property to the Shift Leader.
  • Taking care for offices, stores, working area and vehicles.
  • Supporting on preparation, on handling and on transportation of AOG components to other destinations. Providing support for logistic purposes.
  • Supporting certifying staff with providing the required tools and spare parts before and during maintenance actions.
  • Performing storekeeper duties once required.

Requirements:

  • Having previous aircraft maintenance experience, line and / or hangar based.
  • Preferably holding a relevant qualification in aircraft engineering / mechanical engineering.
  • Min 2 years' maintenance experience, desirably on B737.
  • Being able to work well unsupervised and as a member of a team.
  • Excellent written and spoken English knowledge.
  • Good computer literacy is essential.
  • Willing to work shifts, including night shift.
  • Flexible to working in a fast-changing environment.
  • Having the unrestricted permit to work in Germany.
