Job description

We currently have an engaging role for Crew Data and Training Coordinator / Content creator to join our growing Flight operations team. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, communication skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep track of training records.
  • Making sure expiry dates are updated in NOC
  • Take part in planning training activities
  • Enrolling trainees in CPaT (CBT)
  • Creating/uploading training material in CPaT (material is provided)
  • Perform specific maintenance in Crewdox (training management system)

Requirements:

  • You should be a university graduate or started higher education.
  • You must have good planning skills, proper time management, and flexibility.
  • You must have the ability to think from first principles and work well cross-functionally, including with other departments.
  • You must have solid communication and team working skills.
  • Good computer skills and an interest in IT
  • Perfect English (both: written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in airline operations and crew training will be an advantage.
