WHAT WILL YOU DO
- You will update, and distribute documents, forms, and manuals related to Flight Operations;
- Ensure that aircraft documentation is compliant with regulations, including onsite/remote audit;
- Arranging necessary documentation delivery worldwide with A to B follow-up;
- Manage aircraft manufacturer Flight Operations manuals;
- Ensure only approved documentation is distributed to copyholders;
- Monitor and perform aircraft Block hours, Flight hours utilization updates in the Operations Control system;
- Support Flight Operations engineering team and EFB admin on different tasks.
LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU
- Experience working in Webmanuals, and Airbus FODM software will be considered an advantage;
- University graduate or started higher education (degree in Logistics or Aviation, Airline Operations, Pilot license, or ATC Control license will be considered as an advantage);
- You should have good planning skills that go along with proper time management and flexibility;
- You should be a mature and stress-resistant person with good communication skills;
- Good knowledge of MS Office skills is essential for this role;
- Excellent English (both: written and spoken);
- You should have good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Good teamwork skills;
- You should have the ability to work independently, be proactive, and come up with solutions when required.
