Job description

Kaunas Aircraft Maintenance Services, or simply called KAMS, is one of Ryanair's technical support bases in Europe, located at Kaunas airport, Lithuania. Our daily task is to perform technical maintenance and repair for two Boeing 737-800 aircraft which are serviced simultaneously in our two hangars. KAMS goal is to provide highest level of services and ensure Ryanair passengers fly safely.

Position based in Kaunas, Lithuania.

Duties:

  • Responsible for carrying out aircraft maintenance tasks as required with minimal supervision
  • Complete the appropriate documentation
  • Ensuring all company procedures are complied to
  • Carrying out any other task required by the Lead Mechanic or Licenced Engineer
  • Ensuring all jobs are done in time and in accordance with requirements
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment
  • Maintain a high standard of work in all tasks

Requirements:

  • Must have live aircraft maintenance experience, preferably in heavy maintenance
  • Previous maintenance experience on B737-800 would be an advantage
  • Experience in all zones on the aircraft would be an advantage
  • Self-motivation, to be able to work without direct supervision
  • Flexible approach to work in a fast-changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good English skills (both written and oral)
  • Good computer literacy
  • Willing to do shift work 07:00 - 19:00 and 19:00 - 07:00
  • All applicants must have an unrestricted right to work in the Lithuania
  • Valid EU passport and possibility to travel if required
