Job description

We are looking for the confident, communicative and self-motivated Sales Manager to join our Team. You will have an opportunity to work with the truly professional Team in challenging international business environment, which provides spare parts and components supply, repair and management services for business and regional jets.

 Responsibilities:

  • Promote the Company‘s products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives;
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers, maintain high level communication and servicing;
  • Prepare agreements, commercial proposals according to client‘s needs;
  • Ensure timely professional communication;
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to ensure timely lead orders;
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, contracts, etc.;
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support;
  • Execution of sales according to the budget;
  • Active work with clients in the B2B segment (cold calling, email etc.).

Requirements:

  • At least one year working experience in sales area;
  • Self-confidence, proactivity, patience and excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Strong time management and planning skills;
  • Personal and Team goals orientation;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software;
  • Fluent communication in English (both: verbal and written);
  • Experience working in Aviation field would be considered as an advantage.
