Job description

We are looking for an organized person with excellent time management and problem solving skills for the role of Daily Crewing Supervisor. 

 

The Daily Crewing Supervisor works day shifts starting 7 am on weekdays with occasional weekends. The Daily Crewing Supervisor will be leading a team of two to four people and is responsible for the following:

 

Job description:

  • Responsible for leading a team of two to four people. Occasional weekend work – covering for illness/vacation.
  • Responsible for crew rosters after issue
  • Makes sure that the crew rosters are in accordance with regulations, collective agreements and the flight and duty limitations
  • What that entails is ensuring all flights are on time and fully crewed. That Training and Crew Travel are according to plan and that all crew documents are in place and updated
  • Ensure that all crew members are certified, qualified and are current on all requirements in order to carry out any duty assigned to them
  • Book Crew Travel as needed
  • Make changes to crew rosters if needed and follow up on any issues that might come up. Liaison with other departments if the changes affect future rosters/training
  • Other related tasks

Requirements:

  • University degree or related job experience in the aviation industry
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English
