BAA Training, one of the TOP3 aviation training companies in Europe, with the simulator training centres in Lithuania, Vietnam, Spain and in France from early 2023, is looking for a true marketing soul, proactive and organized specialist with previous marketing / advertising project management experience to join our international Marketing and Communication team. Our new Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for turning BAA Training marketing strategy and creative ideas into reality. The combination of BAA Training’s international marketing experience and the professional experience of the marketing project management of the successful candidate will be the combo fostering our brand development across the markets. 

We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:

• Planning, creating and implementing various marketing and communication campaigns, projects and activities through online and offline channels.
• Executing brand building, sales promotion and event initiatives.
• Collaborating with in-house and external copywriters and designers to produce project-related content, visual materials and other.
• Working with in-house digital marketing and web development team to implement the project-related digital solutions.
• Being proactive in proposing and implementing various marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness in the dedicated markets.
• Constantly improving knowledge of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns.
• Analyzing and collecting the required marketing project data and preparing reports.
• Handling other BAA Training-related marketing & communication inquiries.
• Set and achieve short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the company’s strategic goals.
• Work according to approved company processes.
• Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by direct manager.

• Has a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, business or any other relevant field.
• Has more than 2 years of experience in marketing and/or advertising project management.
• Has good organizational, prioritization and decision-making skills.
• Has good team management skills.
• Has good communication and presentation skills.
• Is flexible with good time management skills.
• Is able to work independently and is self-motivated and willing to take ownership.
• Has excellent skills in a Microsoft Office 365 environment.
• Uses the English language at an effectively operational and independent level.
• Experience in social media, digital advertising marketing is a big advantage.
• Has respectful and positive attitude.
