Job Title: Advisor - Vice President Strategy and Transformation

Reports to: Vice President Strategy and Transformation

Job Purpose: The successful candidate will advise the Vice President Strategy and Transformation on the department's significance matters including projects and operations. This role is highly responsible and of a confidential nature with multiple tasks including advice and general support duties.

Essential Job Function:

  • Supervise the development and implementation of policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of the department function activities.
  • Ensure that all relevant procedural or legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to internal and external customers.
  • Study existing and new legislation and enforcing adherence or advising management on needed actions.
  • Prepare reports timely and accurately while Undertaking a range of established standardised office routines and activities to support the VP.
  • Advise the VP on key policy matters of operational and institutional significance and project delivery.
  • Advise on issues of digital Transformation.
  • Advise on issues of Strategic error.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time by coordinating with people and processes effectively.
  • Provide inputs in the department's Strategy formulation and budget preparation.
  • Participate in the development and of the operation's department short and long term plans and budgets.
  • Evaluate the operation results regularly and report the result to the VP.
  • Identify and research industry trends and advice option and recommend actions.
  • Review studies and projects related to the department and raise the necessary recommendations.
  • Review the operations and determine the economic feasibility of the department.
  • Respond to issues raised by the VP or key stakeholders.
  • Analysis the operations plans, performance level and business case proposal and advise accordingly.
  • Lead or contribute to projects within the departments project plans and ensure coordination between VP and key stakeholders.
  • Comply with all relevant safety and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Aviation Management, Aeronautical Science or any relevant field (Experience : WE 11 Years / RF 5 Years / SR 4 Years).
  • Qualifications and experience might be also determined as per the recommendations of the VP.

Any certificates or licenses recognized and approved by the aviation authorities or General Authority of Civil Aviation such as Airframe and Powerplant is preferred.
