  • Provide overall administrative guidance and support to the Cargo Manager in Switzerland
  • Administer the region station invoice and regional employees’ qualifications
  • Collect, process and create local invoices in Ariba
  • Create/maintain contact lists and spreadsheets
  • Maintain accurate records & filing of records
  • Completion of team time records at the end of each month
  • Assist Zurich employees with rostering/logistic requests (ID, badges, uniforms etc.)
  • Audit Envirotainer Invoices
  • Support the Cargo Manager and the Cargo team in the day-to-day (quality) reports and duties, including commercial offers, contracts, claims, schedule and company updates, and other enquiries like Post/Mail services, Crosschecks, Transfer checks, CASS Corrections
  • Assist in AWB stock allot to customers. 
  • Office material orders
  • Verify daily that import shipments are on-forward as per booked connection and communicate the same with customers
  • Provide assistance with special projects as required
  • Further administrative duties required & directed by the Cargo Manager 


  • Experience in providing administrative support
  • Sound knowledge and proficiency of computer skills, including Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent organizational skills: planning, priority setting and managing through systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills: problem solving, customer focused, approachability
  • A very high degree of diplomacy, discretion, professional maturity and judgement
  • Ability to multi-task never sacrificing quality and affinity for numbers
  • Ability to work well and maintain composure under pressure, meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision
  • Familiarity with rostering and manpower planning tasks
  • Flexibility and willingness to work extended hours, on occasion
  • Mandatory German & English
  • Familiarity with the airline industry is considered an asset
Conditions of Employment:
